Prototype standards were adhered to while modifying the design to reflect the characteristics of the site. Feng shui, the ancient Chinese tradition of creating harmony and balance, was incorporated into the design with the aid of a feng shui specialist.

The program included communal facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, steam room, exercise room, executive meeting rooms, offices, and a cafe.
