Northgate Mall

Northgate Mall was an old, dilapidated shopping centre in a highly populated area of Winnipeg off of McPhillips Street. The shopping centre has been around since the 1950s and has undergone numerous renovations and building additions over the decades. The new design included de-malling the existing building, including removal of the existing public corridor, new exterior wall construction, demolition of previous main commercial anchor (Zellers), and new CRU pads, drive-through restaurants, and financial institutions.
