A very modern design approach, including asymmetrical patterning of hardie-panels, with a strong orange colour accent and aluminum cantilevered canopy revitalized the building’s worn-out aesthetic. The new exterior provides an animated appearance for vehicular approach from Wellington Avenue. The orange colour accents provided primarily on the inside face of the opening and voids also provides visual stimulation from traffic approaching the building perpendicular to the facade.
